OPTREAL Makes Significant Progress on Utility Line Construction in Čestlice

Over the past few months, there has been visible progress in the construction of utility networks. Sewage lines, storm sewers and gas lines have been completed over approximately half of the site. Pillars with ready gas connections have already appeared the plots, and the roads are ready for the next stage of completion

We see nice progress on the construction of utility networks in Čestlice. In the section of the site where the base layers of its future roads are visible, sewage lines and storm sewers, along with gas connections, have been completed. There are pillars on the borders of the parcels to which the gas connections have been hooked up, which means that the infrastructure for future connection to houses is already partly ready. In this part of the site, the water and sewage connections have also been put through to the individual clients’ parcels, including their terminal points in water meter and inspection shafts.
The photos show that the future roads on this part of the site are already at the stage of being ready for the construction layers to be laid down.
Work is currently underway on the sewage and storm sewers, which provide the connection between the existing sewer and Severní Street in the upper part of the site.
