We are preparing a new location for you, which we consider to be truly beautiful, exceptional and lucrative. And we are delighted that you will create your homes under the old oak tree that overlooks the site from the hill.

• the location consists of a total of 54 plot
• the plots are spacious with areas between 1000 – 1480 m
• they are located very close to the Sázava river, in the gap between the road from Poříčí to Nespeky, existing family houses and their gardens and the foot of the Lutov hil
• thanks to the hilly and wooded surroundings on one side and the presence of the river on the other, this place has a special calming atmosphere
• several access points to the Sázava have been built here, where you can go fishing, go out by boat or just relax under mature trees

• the village is reachable via a beautiful stone bridge, which replaced the original wooden bridge, which had been swept away by a flood. The first person to officially cross the new bridge was the Austrian Emperor Francis Joseph I in 1850.
